Foster Survey Company RI Coronavirus COVID-19 Announcement

As Coronavirus (COVID-19) impacts Rhode Island and the United States, Foster Survey Company is proactively managing the health and safety of our employees and clients. Additionally, we have in the past and continue now in these turbulent times to implement technologies that let us work efficiently and remotely.

To ensure the health and safety of our employees and clients and prevent any business interruptions:

  • Office employees are working remotely at home until further notice.
  • Field surveyors are staggering work start and end times to enhance social distancing.
  • Our office is being cleaned and sanitized in the morning, between the start and return of field surveyors, and at the end of the day.
  • We encourage clients to avoid visiting our office, order online and to pay their retainers and bills online.

To facilitate easy, online transactions for our clients, we continue to employ digital invoicing and the buildout of our online store, which includes many of the most commonly purchased services like:

We recommend that new clients purchase our services online when possible, or contact us to make alternative payment options, such as by credit card, Square or PayPal.

All of us can make a difference with this new virus and health crisis by working together to keep apart. However, our emergency planning started long before this crisis and we can assure our clients that we have a robust business continuity plan. Except for what is closing around us in response to the Coronavirus, we have the tools and technologies in place to keep your projects moving forward.

We’d like to wish everyone good health and patience in these ever changing times.
