Description

We conduct a Property Survey of your land and prepare a Residential Site Development Plan showing the horizontal location of your existing dwelling and proposed additions, renovations and pools as they relate to your property lines.

This type of plan often is required to obtain zoning approvals and to submit with your building permit.

Includes:

• Property Survey / Limited Content Boundary Survey
• Residential Site Plan certified to a Class I Survey Standard Class I Survey Standard
• 3 Plan Copies (Bond copies 24″X36″)
