Soil Evaluations determines the depth to the seasonal high water table, soil types and restrictive materials, such as ledge. Soil Evaluation testing can be done at any time throughout the year. Generally, this is the first step in the process of designing a Septic System/OWTS.

Bronze Service – Includes application submission and site testing. Unless for a repair, you are responsible for supplying a $150 check made payable to “RI General Treasurer”.

Silver Service – Includes application submission, the RIDEM Application fee ($150) and site testing.

Gold Service – Includes application submission, the RIDEM Application fee ($150), hiring a backhoe for you and site testing.

Bronze Service

By selecting Bronze Service, we prepare the required RIDEM application and site testing, but you must supply a RIDEM Application Fee and hire a backhoe.

Bronze Service includes:

  • Prepare and submit RIDEM Soil Evaluation Application.
  • Testing at two (2) test pits.

Silver Service

By selecting Silver Service, we handle the Application Fee to RIDEM for you, in addition to preparing the required RIDEM application and site testing.

Silver Service includes:

  • Prepare and submit RIDEM Soil Evaluation Application.
  • The Application Fee to RIDEM
  • Testing at two (2) test pits.

Gold Service

By selecting Gold Service, we handle writing the Application Fee to RIDEM for you and hiring a backhoe for you, in addition to preparing the required RIDEM application and site testing.

Gold Service includes:

  • Prepare and submit RIDEM Soil Evaluation Application.
  • The Application Fee to RIDEM
  • Testing at two (2) test pits.
  • Backhoe services

Bronze Service does not include application fees to accompany application to RIDEM.
